ABSTRAK
PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur cabang Makassar merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang makanan khususnya produksi mie instan yang menggunakan System Application and Product (SAP) dalam melakukan kegiatan oparasionalnya. SAP adalah sebuah perangkat lunak berbasis ERP atau Enterprise Resources Planning yang digunakan untuk membantu perusahaan merencanakan dan melakukan kegiatan operasionalnya secara lebih efisien dan efektif. Untuk mengetahui kesuksesan penggunaan System Application and Product (SAP) maka dilakukan analisis kesuksesan System Application and Product (SAP). Metode yang digunakan yaitu Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT) dengan variabel Ekspektasi Kinerja, Ekspektasi Usaha dan Pengaruh Sosial, dan metode Task Technology Fit (TTF) dengan variabel Karakteristik Tugas, Karakteristik Teknologi dan Kesesuaian Tugas Teknologi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Metode yang lebih baik digunakan dalam menganalisis kesuksesan penggunaan System Application and Product (SAP) adalah metode UTAUT.

ABSTRACT
PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Makassar branch is a company operating in the food sector, especially the production of instant noodles, which uses System Application and Product (SAP) in carrying out its operational activities. SAP is an ERP or Enterprise Resources Planning based software that is used to help companies plan and carry out their operational activities more efficiently and effectively. To determine the success of using System Application and Product (SAP), an analysis of the success of System Application and Product (SAP) is carried out. The method used is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT) with the variables Performance Expectations, Business Expectations and Social Influence, and the Task Technology Fit (TTF) method with the variables Task Characteristics, Technology Characteristics and Technological Task Suitability. The results of this research are that a better method to use in analyzing the success of using System Application and Product (SAP) is the UTAUT method.
